Utilization graphs for OWT's ATM circuit which provides DSL bandwidth from customers to OWT's network. This is NOT Internet bandwidth. Our ATM circuit has a capacity of 45 Mbps.

5e+06 = 5 Mbps; 1e+07 = 10 Mbps; 3e+07 = 30 Mbps and so on.
