Click on "Network" located in your Start Menu.

Click on "Network and Sharing Center" at the top of the window.

Click on "Set up a connection or Network" in the Tasks menu on the left.

Select "Set up a dial-up connection.

Click Next.

In the Dial field enter the appropriate phone number for your city.

Kennewick: 591-4025
Pasco: 492-5029
Richland: 591-4025
Benton City: 588-7153

In the User name field enter the username given to you by OWT followed by @owt.com

eg. username@owt.com


Then enter the Password you were given as well.

You can check "Show characters" to verify your password.
Also put a check for "Remeber this Password"

Type OWT for a connection name.

And place a check to allow other people to use this connection.

Click Create.

Click Close.
