Double click on the Dial-Up Networking icon found in My Computer.

Double click on the Make New Connection icon.

Type in OWT in the computer name field.

Click Next.

In the Dial-Up Number field enter the appropriate phone number for your city.

Kennewick: 591-4025
Pasco: 492-5029
Richland: 591-4025
Benton City: 588-7153

Click Next.

Click Finish.

Now double click on your new "OWT" dial-up icon located in Dial-Up Networking.

In the User name field enter the username given to you by OWT followed by @owt.com

eg. username@owt.com

Then enter the Password you were given as well.

Click Dial to test your connection.
