When you subscribe to our dial-up service you will be given a username and password. This is and the correct phone number is all you should need to access the Internet. Your dial-up username is the username we assigned you @owt.com

eg. if we assigned you the username jsmith then your dial-up username is jsmith@owt.com

Your password IS case sensitive so enter it just as it was given to you - generally all lower case.
